- Casa de Sol y Luna
- Lake Pend Oreille in the summer
- Comfy living room with wifi/roku
- 9' x 12' front bedroom available
- Pine Street last January - we haven't gotten much snow yet
- Quadra Fire gas stove keeps it warm.
- Electric stove, cheery kitchen, washer and dryer in mudroom.
- But they do get the roads cleared fairly quickly. Casa de Sol is the cutest house.

Unique Opportunity – Your Own Six Week Creative Retreat
Sandpoint Idaho - One of the most beautiful towns in the USA http://www.mostbeautifultown.com/
I'm looking for a housesitter for a charming, small house and two sweet cats. Home was completely remodeled two years ago. Wifi w/roku, new washer/dryer in mudroom. Right near downtown Sandpoint. 2 blocks to great health food grocery. Within 6 blocks four wonderful independent coffee shops and a Starbucks, Yummy restaurants and City Beach – all within walking distance. On bus line (to ski resort) Schweitzer Mountain Resort and Wallies...
Pretty Boy Floyd and Sweet Sam are two younger cats (5 and 1) who go potty outside, are very affectionate, and need someone to hang with them while I spend six weeks in Mexico this winter, from Feb. 1 to March 15 or so.
You would have your own bigger bedroom (see attached pics). Heat is natural gas Quadra fire stove, lovely and efficient. No smoking in the house please. I rent my separate studio to a wonderful young man who comes in for showers and to heat water on stove (great energy and very low key).
Sandpoint is fascinating little town with all the amenities, BEAUTY, music, restored theater, outdoor activities. Sandpoint is an Amtrak stop and only 75 miles from Spokane WA. You could fly into Spokane and take the train here.
I'm looking for someone with positive energy and glowing references who would love a winter get away in a charming home and town. Email me at lindyfly@gmail.com with information about yourself and why this might be perfect for you.
