If you love cats and want a restful retreat for five weeks I've got the home for you. 550 sq ft newly remodeled cabin, open floor plan, with electric and propane heat, washer/dryer, ground level queen size bed (very comfy), fast wifi, Roku tv, vaulted ceiling, small shower, awesome view, option to use infrared sauna and two wonderful cats. Well to be honest a third kitten comes to visit often. Pretty Boy Floyd is an older orange marmalade who is the best cat ever. Marshmellow Baby is a 3.5 yr old big fluffly ragdoll. He is very self sufficient and a tree kitty. (He loves the lofts). They have a cat door so can go out and about. They provide company and love for minimal care. (Hardly even use litter – go outside).
The upstairs loft has a single bed on the floor and lots of my granddaughter's toys. But would be possible visitor accomodation. This rental is for 1 to 2 people only.
We live at the top of Crystal Mountain right above Nelson, BC. Road requires AWD or 4wd seriously. And an app so that only 1 car goes up and down. But that being said it is only 5 to 10 mins to town.Two other families live on this property and are great, kind, helpful neighbors (as are our neighbors in larger neighborhood up here).
This is an incredible opportunity for an artist, writer or snow country enthusiast. 2.5 km to town, 25 km to Whitewater, 50 km to Ainsworth.
You have good references and will make a firm commitment. No smoking inside.
